EURO-training - Injawara Workshop , "Social Pedagogy"


From 9 to 20 February in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria EURO-training continue with the Injawara running workshops in Faculty of Education in Trakia University with part time students from “Social Pedagogy” specialty.

The workshops are running in the computer lab in the faculty with 3 big groups of students. The main topic is the Millennium Development Goals. The students expressed their big interest and awareness about all topic discussed. They joined to the Injawara facebook and posted some pictures. The students as well found very useful the Forum on the project web page and they registered and performed some discussions, especially connected with the poverty. The stress of the MDG in Bulgaria was discussed as well.

The students were divided in groups and they made presentations about the MDG. The best of them will be uploaded to the Injawara web page in the e-library section after the finishing of the workshops.

JARIT - Newsletter December 2013


Jarit ends the year 2013 with great enthusiasm and motivation seeing the favorable welcome of the project among the youth. We are working in the capital of Valencia and municipalities of the region. We have conducted more than 30 talks with different youth associations (municipal youth centers and associations of board games) and groups of the University (Social Education, Social Work, Sociology, Teaching, Pedagogy, Psychology) to configure the working groups.

Right now we have four teams that are participating in the discussions of MDG and learning more each day about North-South inequalities and about the causes and consequences of the system in which we live. They are also reflecting on their daily habits and how these latter affect the rest of the world.

Friday 22 of November session on women's rights with the partnerships of association PLAN and Social and Cultural Center Victor Schoelcher.

Plan NGO present the proble of access to school for girl and the problem of child marriage and Amsed present two action held by our organization : the sensibilasation held in Burkina Faso on HIV prevention and microcredit project on apiculture in Algeria.

During Iinterculrural Festival organized by Amsed on the 23th of november we have testimonies of a dozen young people who participated in various experiences in conjunction with the 8 Millennium Development Goals. During the workshops framework opened also to the local population, especially to the young people, we exchange and discuss about environment, HIV and global cooperation . This experience allows to implement a platform of different ideas which chains up with a round table.

EURO-training - Presented the project INJAWARA on the regional TV “TV Stara Zagora”

On 26 November 2013 EURO-training presented the project INJAWARA on the regional TV “TV Stara Zagora”. This is the biggest TV broadcast station in the Stara Zagora region; as well many cable operators in the country broadcast “TV Stara Zagora” as well. So, this was one big dissemination event. About 30 minute’s interview was executed with EURO-training staff. All project goals, aims, activities were explained in front of the wide audience.

TAMAT - Second Newsletter on the Educational Workshop

The Educational Workshops have started in Italy in October 2013. The first one to be acquainted with the Injawara aims are the youngsters gathered in the Youth Centers of Spoleto and Campello sul Clitunno.

The youngsters have been first made aware on the Millennium Development goals and its objectives, then thanks to Tamat experience in Development Cooperation projects in Mali, Burkina Faso and Bosnia, they had the chance to see with their eyes the results of the projects and the faces of the people Tamat ngo cooperates with, which every day fight to eradicate the poverty, to reduce the gender gap, and to guarantee the primary Education.
